As i am just a beginner at gel nails i am struggling with the curve and over the apex. Does anyone have any ideas that would help. The other thing was i had to remove a set from my own hand and think i have overfiled as a few of my nails feel soft and one is a bit red where i have a ridge. Can i put on another set or is it best to leave them for a while.

Thanks
Karen

I personally would not put anything over them for now and wait a little while until they have had time to heal. Rub solar oil on them several times a day to speed up the healing process.

Hoave you thought about getting a nail trainer? That way, you can practice as much as you can without your own nails suffering.
