Hi Everyone,

just a quicky! When someone comes in for infills, and they have broken 2 of the nails, so you need to put tips on 2 and infill all the others, do you charge them for the 2 broken ones and then infills on top, or just for the infills and repair for free??
A client of mine says that her old tech used to repair for free and just charge infills?

Well I charge for repairs. £2.00 each during an infill treatment.
Need to cover cost of tips etc and extra time as well as teaching them to be more careful!! lol

Having said that I only charge £20 for infills which i believe is fairly inexpensive considering the product i use so i feel £2.00 is a fair price

I always charge for any breaks or repairs so I would charge for the infill and charge for the 2 tips on top of that:hug:

Don't give away infills for free and repairs for free. you are not this clients old tech and you have a business to run. this client came to you for business, so you should charge for any small to big repair and infills is a must to charge.

i always state on price list and website etc that rebalances include one free repair and then any others are £2.50 each x

my rebalance price includes up to 2 replacement nails, extra ones are charged on top.
