Hello Geeks,

I've been asked to do a pamper party in 2 days time and I was wondering if someone can email me a template of the forms they email to clients about treatments lists / payments and terms and conditions? Or how do you guys go about booking your pamper nights? Do you just confirm everything by phone, email, or a better option.

Thanks for any help and advice.

Bump...I know this is a very old thread but would appreciate any help.
Thanks

Hello!

As soon as they have called to make the booking I send them a confirmation letter with a list of treatements available to choose from. A list that they complete with persons name and what treatment they would like (I ask them to return this a week before party) so I know what to take and work out a rough idea on what ill do and when time wise. I do say this does not have to be set in stone as things always change on the night. I also send a form for people to complete name and address if they are having a tint treatment then I can send out tint tests before the party (again I say this needs to be returned a week before the party also).

And thats about it really - I love pamper parties I think they are great. Just out of curiosity, what treatments do you offer with your pamper parties?

Hi Liz Brown Beauty, thanks for the reply. I dont actually promote my pamper parties side of the business to be honest and I only honour it for existing clients mainly. The one I have round the corner is for my regular client's bridal train, so I'm doing all their nails and toes for the wedding including my client (the bride) and her mum and friends.

So for my pamper treatments, I have mini mani and pedi combo, I have shellac hands or toes, I have spray tan and I offer a mani or pedi so nothing too fancy if I may say.

I'm salon based so offer it to clients when they have quite a few of them having the treatment (it saves them time coming to the salon and obviously its more relaxing for them at home where the rest can reach for food or watch movies while one gets a treatment) I have my terms and conditions but dont actually have forms I can send out......kind of stuck.

That's it really. Hope this answers your question?:D

I know this is an old thread just wondered how you can send out a patch test for someone?
