hi all was just woundering could you buy a leg waxing heater for paraffin wax or does it have to be a paraffin wax heater as i am thinking of investing in one to add to my treatments. if not what is the best paraffin wax heater to buy that isnt that expensive.

I use both, the parafin wax heater I have is just a cheap one from Argos but takes hours to melt, not useful when mobile (but I do love the dipping effect), I now use my normal wax machine (hive), I just ordered a seperate pot, when the wax is melted I pour it into a bowl and apply with a brush which I find more hygenic and it melts so much faster, just watch the temp. hth :)

can anyone help?

thanks i just wasnt sure but i will buy the leg waxing heater now that i know its ok :D thanks for the advice x

just check temp.waxers and paraffins are not same machine.

I have a salon system wax pot that takes the wax pots as well as the paraffin pots. Really easy as when you are done you just stick the lid back on. The only down side of sharing the heater with wax and paraffin is if someone want both treatments...you have to wait for them to heat up and paraffin takes ages! x

I bought the clean & easy digital paraffin spa it is fab for use in the salon.
