Part-time beauty qualification

I've read on SG of a couple of people doing p/t beauty quals alongside a full-time job. I'm a nail tech & would like to gain my full level 2&3 in beauty but can't find any part-time courses for evenings at any of my local FE colleges.

Can anyone tell me if they've done this route, is it at private colleges or through FE colleges? Maybe I'm unlucky with my local options? Does it even exist?

Hey hun im not sure where you are based but i did my p/t course at barnet college 2 evenings a week aswell as working full time i admit its pretty intense trying to fit in 6hrs a week .. Good luck lovely hope you find somewhere x

I did it part time, 1 evening a week, at my local technical college. Took 4 years though.

I done my HNC part time at night (Monday, Tuesday and Saturday morning) while working full time.

Hard work but worth it in the long run.

I'm doing level 2 beauty, at my local college, two nights a week, 7 hours there and a lot of independent learning at home.

Thanks guys - I knew it existed!! I'm in Chesterfield, willing to cover surrounding areas & so far have checked out Chesterfield & Sheffield. Will keep looking.

I don't mind if it takes a while (thanks for the heads up) as its a looooong term plan I'm wanting to kick start now, & build up slowly. Lucky I also really enjoy self-directed study
