Hi folks
What are you guys doing about patch testing clients you have booked in on our first week back?
I planned on sending out COLOURSTART - but have discovered that instead of them costing me approximately £1.50 each - they are now classed as a medicine and cost price is £10.62!!
My clients are used to having them given for free.... even if I felt super generous - which I don’t- you can no longer ‘gift’ them as they are a medicine!
There is not enough time to test before we open - and I think they’ll be shock & horror at me charging them the rrp of £15.00 for each test....
