Congrats to everybody who had the guts to compete! Remember, the most important isn't to win, but to take part.

And thanks for all the congratulations, both here, in my blog, in my profile and at facebook. You've nearly made me cry! ;) My only concern now is HOW ON EARTH WILL I MANAGE TO COPE IN THE CHAMPIONS??? (And yes, I have to remind myself again: The most important is to take part and having fun! :))

Well done everyone! :)

as always! but i still dont understand the 12,6 and 3 points thing either????

im guessing that the points are based on placing, so the more placing you get the better chance you have of getting more points.......

OMG, i got it the wrong way round!

Just to explain about the points system.

When you enter "Showcase Nail Art, Combined Nail Art, Encapsulation, Photographic and Fancy French", you can gain points if you are placed.

If you are placed first, you get 3 points, second will get you 2 points and third will get you 1 point.

Kirsty got 1st in French French and Encapsulation, so she gets 6 points.

Jo got 1st in Showcase and C. Nail Art and 3 seconds in F.French, Encap, Photographic, so she gets 12 points.

Gemma got 1st and 3rd in Photographic, so she gets 4 points.

Tracey Boon got 3 thirds in F.French, Photographic and Encap, so she gets 3 points, so that puts her in 4th place.

I hope that explains it!

So if you are going for the title, then see you at Excel in March!
