What do you ladies/gents use for resting your clients foot on when performing a pedi?

I have being doing this job for years, and have tried many different types of pedicure equipment. I stick to being seated lower than my client with her foot on a towel on my legs, but each to there own. I find that if I am lower than the client I dont get such a sore back.
