Hi guys. I need a little help. I’ve been a beauty therapist for 17 years now, I specialise in waxing. I used to get my nails done with acrylic overlay but since lockdown I ditched the acrylic and am trying the Naio Nails builder in a bottle clear as day.
I do all the prepping to the nail plate then I apply a ph bond then a gel base coat followed by the BIAB then after it’s cured I just file the nail and nail plate using a filing block as I want clear nails but it keeps lifting. I’ve watched YouTube videos and they apply it thick, so I do too but it keeps lifting and coming off in one go. Any advice is appreciated

Is the natural nail damaged once it's peeled off?

Peeling is either insufficient prep or incorrect cure

My nails have always been weak since acrylics. And I mean super weak you can bend them, they flake also and I’ve noticed A few ridges.
So last night I preped, then applied a ph bond then the base coat then the builder but two thin coats then 2 coats of colour and a top coat . Is that right?

In my experience, the weakness to nails is usually down to over filing, often, but not always, by an electric file.....not necessarily from the acrylics. Are you using the correct branded lamp for your product?

Sorry...... I'm confused....you mention just buffing in original post, but you are now mentioning 2 coats of colour?
