I just politely and friendly tell them apologies no, im too busy to do discounts or offers :) it feels really good to say that after years of hard work...

..then they usually book normal price anyways as im in a good position being the only person who does what I do locally

.. I think promoting the fact that you don't do cheap but focus on high quality and good customer service is a good social media strategy... in my experience customers attracted by quality tend to stay
