I've got visage but not got the bag to see what the correct temperature should be,I've got a digital heater,

Try it around 54/55 and see what's that's like.
When we do the workshops we normally apply it around this temperature.

Did you use oil underneath?
Try just cleansing the area and drying the skin then applying the wax. Press it in firmly so you are not just floating the wax over the area so it grabs all the hairs.
As it's such a small amount of wax being applied to the skin its best not to use the oil as it may stop you getting these fine hairs.
We had the discovery workshop yesterday and a few of the students wanted to try out Visage and when they used it without the oil and also by pressing in the wax quite firmly they found it removed all the hairs.

Yes I was using the oil, I'll give it a try without and see how it goes x
