Hi everyone, I'm new to Salongeek so Im sorry if there is a thread like this one, however I need some advice, I recently switched to Phd safewax having been and had the wax myself I loved the system but last night I had the worst experience, I seem to got through a tube a client anyway which is proving expensive and the wax just doesn't seem to stay hot enough it clogs up and sticks to the clients skin and list night I couldnt get it off the poor lady I had to stop half way through! I am placing the tube back in the heater after application and wiping the tip applicator but it still seems to clog up and almost crystallized on the client in lumps, Im not sure what I'm doing wrong or if there is a fault with the heater maybe?
