photo uploading HELP!!

hey guys, i have been tryin for ages now how to upload pictures into the photo gallery.
could someone please tell me as i want to show you nail geeks some of my work, i want opinions for the pros not my biased family!!

i feel so stupid!! :o ignore this post i found out how to do it, the sign was right in front of my eyes and i didnt see it!! oops silly me!!
