I entered my first nail comp at NEC last year and was really pleased to place, and am entering a couple of comps later on this year. I want to do the gel T&O categories. I know how L&P can be pinched, but how would you do this for gel? I have seen it mentioned in a couple of threads but cant see how it would be done. My model has good nails, but i am curious about the pinching and would like to give i a try.

I don't do gel comps but I think that you freeze cure the gel for a few secs and then pinch and then continue the cure. Tricky is the gel comp queen on here so hopefully she'll be able to explain better.
