Pink Dolphin

This extremely rare and beautiful "pink dolphin" was spotted and photographed by Capt. Erik Rue of Calcasieu Charter Service on June 24th, 2007, during a charter fishing trip on Calcasieu Lake south of Lake Charles, LA.

that's amazing!! i had such a thing about dolphins when i was younger, i have a whole cabinet full of dolphin ornaments and even a dolphin shaped mirror! never had the opportunity to swim with them though........but it's such a common thing to do now it doesn't seem unique any more

We went to Gibralter earlier in the year, and went out on a boat 'dolphin spotting', we were really lucky and saw loads, one group had a baby and the mother dolphins nudge them to the surface to make them breathe, so we got a really good view....they like to follow the boats. They were lovely, the kids loved seeing them as well.:hug:
