Please can you rec me an eye cream/Gel + Mineral Soap, (what you think?)

Eye Cream/Gel
My skin is combination and I have bad hooded eye lid.
I have milia under my eyes (I have asked about it on here and everyone said it sounds like milia). I dont think I have dehydrated skin as I drink loads of water and take care of my skin. I am worried about ageing around the eyes and keeping the eye area hydrated.
I would like to stick to an Algologie eye cream/gel as I have recently bought some of their face moisturiser and night time moisturiser and would like to stick with them. But unsure which eye cream/gel to go with that will help with my problems above.

Algologie Mineral Soap
It says on Jica

Is it okay to buy this to cleanse the face as I like the sound of mineral soap.

The mineral soap sounds nice - but I'm not an expert on that note.

Without being able to see your skin or knowing the specifics about the brand it's very hard to help you to be honest. If you have set your heart on using Algologie why don't you give them a call and find your nearest salon.
