Please help, blotchy stomache after a tan?

I'm very stressed at the moment as I did a tanning party tonight, all came out lovely apart from one.
Basically she came back after it had dried for 5 mins or so, showed me her stomach and back, and it looked like lots of dark spots (like acne ) all over her stomach and back???
I'm a bit confused as to what this could be as the rest of her came out fine.
Please can someone give me some advice as I'm so thorough with my tanning and have never seen this before. I am worried.

but with the tan i done from what i can remember you couldn't notice it once sprayed it was when the colour guide was washed off.

we tried everything from exfoliating to moisturising and nothing changed it.

i think its just her skin as she did say that area doesn't tan. but it baffled me

She previously had a tan in 8.5% and it was fine. Today we did it a 10% . I allways get my clients to turn in a full circle very slowly so I an check and I didn't notice anything wierd. It was only around 5 mins after. I gave her a discount and said I haven't seen this on my other clients before. I feel like **** TBH xx
