Please Help Major Problem With Spray Tan Machine

I bought a new spray tan machine, when i turned it on it almost bloew my ear drum off as it was so loud. it is the HVLP5008 model. When you turn it on it's that''s loud that i feel as if it's going to blow my ear drum off. I cannot use a tanning machine like that. Don't know what to do.

Yea it should just be as loud as a hoover-certainly not ear bursting! did you train with the same model of machine? x

Yeah but far too loud, louder than a hoover it's like a sharp screech are they suppose to sound like that. I can't use that, it's hurtingmy ears. The one i used in my training was fasr from loud like that.

It is ear bursting! cannot use that going to demand a replacement or a seperate model, no way it should sound like that high screech, should be a hoover sound.my heart is still beating fast with fright

Where'd u get it? i got a pair of clippers in usa, worked fine there but v noisy here and overheated quickly. not sure if it was abroad u gotit from could b similar problem?

I got it off girl who works in a salon, they sell tanning machines. Don't know who her supplier is. I am not happy, i sent her an email saying that i want an exchange or a replacement with another machine, due to customers rights, if your not fully satisfied then return or exchange.

I know the tanning machine is not suppose to sound like that, wish a volume button was included. Something faulty with machine.

but did t come with the filter inplace ! have you got the hose inplace properly .or it could be a reconditiond one . i got ripped of bigtime by shadez in newcastle selling me a reconditioned machine as new .. hope you get sorted x

Yes it was brandnew, supplier it resending me another one out and i have to return this one as it is faulty, Supplier said that it should not sound like this.

I have booked a girl next week for her tan, hopefully i get my machine by then.
