Hi all

I am in a bit of a muddle, I think it was on here, but not sure, There was a tutorial on making a new toe nail for people that has lost there toe nails/had them removed.

I told a lady about this and she is coming round on Monday for me to have a go on making here a false nail for her toe.

ONLY I cannot find this tutorial anywhere!!!!!

If anyone can help on this I would love you for life.

ok...so has she got ANY toe at all?

My way of doing it is with SILK and GEL.

I haven't ever done it on someone with no toe nail at all though.

I've either repaired a kicked off corner or i did a lady with a real weird like 1/2 a toe !

Basically cut your silk to size....add gel...cure....cut/file/shape hardened silk to 'create' a toe nail shape.....then paint/coloured gel etc

Good luck !

Hi Would this work if you have no nail or nail bed.

Is there anything at all that you could build product onto? I have a couple of clients who have just a thin strip of nail down the middle from which I build an l&p toenail, it is very successful and they only have it done about 3 times a year and it sees them right through. But you do need a bit of nail for it to adhere to, you can't build it on skin.
