PLease help, men's nail-no forms

I read a post a while ago about how to make a free edge for men who bite their nails without using tips or forms but by applying solar oil to skin and then placing the acrylic straight on top. Think it was a tutorial-not sure.
I am now in desperate need to find it again or have someone tell me how to do this.
PLEASE HELP.
