Please help-Red hair problem!

Hi guys coloured a clients hair with affinage B-Red last weekend and the shampoo is still shampooing up pink..been trying to ring the manufacturers for ages there constantly engaged!!! This hair was foiled and still after seven shampoos is still lathering pink-my client wants an explanation- I have used this product a few years ago and this did not happen nether does it with any other product I use please help guys I feel so stupid as I work alone I have no collegues to help aaaahh xx

not worked with this kind of colour before, but red colours do take a beating anyway and fade fast, but for the shampoo to bne rinsing pink, hmmm, is her hair very porous? or is she using a strong shampoo? try recomending a colour care shampoo, preferably sulphate free. . . x
