Please help! starting to doubt myself

I've been spray tanning for about half a year now. I use a little piggy system and LA Tan. Recently I have not been getting call backs, i've had no complaints and everyone is happy with the initial results and the tans are lovely and even so i'm worrying if my solution suppliers, The LA Tanning Company have change their product and if it's not lasting, going patchy ect I really don't know?!? (no call backs) Would people ring if there was such a problem?
As I support my family from Spray tanning so I need repeat business, and my customer service is up to top scratch so it's something?
Really Need Some Advise, so all coments are welcome.

Have you thought about giving your clients a call to ask them. You don't have to say anything other than You are doing a bit of market research or a follow up call and would they mind answering some questions about the tan they got. Write your questions down first so you don't forget anything. Hope this helps :)

Definitely give your clients a ring back and ask if they were satisfied. Bear in mind you will get a lot of people who only want tans once or twice per year for special occassions.

If you are confident in your tanning technique then you have no need to worry!:hug:
 
mmmm now this is a difficult one...if you ring them and ask...the chances are that if there not happy for some reason they may not tell you :idea:
So what to do.....
maybe get someone else to ring on your behalf...pretend they are doing marketing research for you and there ringing to find out what the service you provide is like...this will only take a moment madam ..bla bla bla
then have a list that person goes through..
whats contact like into you for booking appointments
are you flexible with your appointments.
what are your views on the outcome of the tan ...are you happy with the "look" ,fade off etc etc
do you feel you are getting good value for money
how often do you spray tan.
We are looking at introducing new treatments into the buisness,...what treatments would you like to see us do.

Loads and loads questions...then sift through the answers and ..hey presto you can define what's going wrong..if anything.
