I had my eyelashes done two weeks ago and tey were fab i loved them promised myself to have them refilled etc had them done by a mobile beautician using Noveau lashes (sorry if spelt wrong ) anyway because they looked fab i havent used any mascara or nothing just left them alone rinsed my face in water using no products etc, i have applied eyeshadow thats it.
Anyway yesterday they looked abit gappy and clustered so i ran a disposable clean mascra brush through them and as i did oh my god thy hurt, at the tips of my lids they really hurt in places - really sore.
so i left them and went to bed, woke this morning and they hurt even more, i just didnt know what to do, i text her ans she said she has never had this before etc, I so needed to get them off becasuse of the soreness, i soaked them in baby oil its all i could think now i have short eyelashes and recovering sore lids, is this normal??? because i was just about to book on a glam lash course but i dont want this happening to my clients also i really love having lashes on so whats gone wrong???? xxx

also the application for a full set only took 40 minutes x

It would of been the blink and go ones you had, which are express lashes which only last about 2 weeks before you need to get them taken off. With the novou ones they are put on the lashes individually but the blink and go and put in differently so you could end up with 3 or 4 on the same lash and they might end up sticking together. Thats why they have to get taken out professionally as need to be careful taking them off otherwise it could pull at the lashes

Ok she should of said this to me, they werent in clusters though defo individual. not impressed really but there you go i look daft now, need them on again but dont know who to go with x

I might be wrong then! But the blink and go only take 30mins to put in! So I am just assuming this is what she put in you!
Only really blink and go and glam lash in a flash are the express ones!
Have you spoken to her about it?

were the lashes offered as express lashes? were you advised on any aftercare as you should have been advised with these lashes to return after 2 weeks to have them removed. With the original style of lash extension application you can simply let them come out themselves if you don't wish to have an infill and you shouldn't have any trouble combing these ones through either:cry: put some nice cool cotton pads on to soothe and try to reduce any discomfort x
