what makes polish drying spray or drops dry the polish ? whats in it that makes it work ?

I beleive its to do with the chemical in the drying product speeding up the evaporation of the solvents in the enamel - or thereabouts one of the more experienced geeks might know better...angel fingers said:what makes polish drying spray or drops dry the polish ? whats in it that makes it work ?
