Funny, I almost posted this very question last week.
The other day I was at a business supply store, and came across a few displays that would work perfectly. The were in the aisles that held the business card holders, the desktop organizers and brochure holders. HTH

I make portable polish stands, and have had orders from 3 fellow Geeks from this board - perhaps I can put something together for you?
Like I said, mine are portable, but I can modify it to be hung on a wall:
