I'm getting ready to do my first popit set on myself. I'm nervous and keep finding excuses (laundry, cleaning, etc.) to keep from getting started. LOL!

I went for it, had some problems, took me 3 HOURS and they look like crap! I am disappointed, to say the least! :cry:

Keep on practicing dont give up on them , i nearly did but came on here and found out all i was doing wrong was pressing down too hard, now i love them.

I think I'm pressing too hard, to the point I'm distorting the smile line. I think I have to let the white set up more and press down less...

They do look BETTER than the stubs I had...and it does help that they are natural looking...I used Geeg's recipes for the warm pink and natural free edge, so my nails don't scream, "HEY, LOOK AT ME". :lol:

I will keep trying...
