PopIts and gel

hi has anyone tried gel with popits and if so could you give me some tips please. How much gel do you put in the popit and do you just place it down the middle. How do you keep the popit in place while putting it under the lamp. Any advice would be appreciated.

Did you cure for ten sec with finger on then cure again for another ten secs with finger off then remove popit and cure for 2 or 3 mins?

I cure for 10 secs with my finger on, then 10 secs with my finger off which means the popit is safe in place

I then move on to the next finger and do the same. When all are done I cure for 2 mins with the Popits on and then 2 mins with the Popits off - HTH

You have to judge how much gel you would use on the whole nail.
