PopIts questions (again!!)

just received deliverey of popits and have a couple of questions! i have searched the threads but none of them answer what i want (or at least i can't find the answer!) anyway...
* can u do nno using them if so how
* and i have read that you can use them for sculpted but how

I suggest you do the PopIt Power class offered by Sweet Squared 08452106060 and learn how to do the things you want ... or follow the step by step guide here on the site. But you will be far more confident and far better off doing a short class using PopIts ... so easy and saves so many problems as there are tips and trick taught that will help you really make money with PopIts.
