This is a rant so will try and keep it short,
Just removed a set of pre bonds ( which I did not fit) on my partners cousin,

She had a baby at the beginning of August and asked me to do her first ever set of individual extensions in November I said no that I wouldn't do it until the baby was 6 months and she had had on hair loss,

Anyway she gets a set put in buy a hairdresser who on her fb page says she specialise in bonded extensions,

They where fitted on the 9th Dec, she did no consultation the client supplied the hair (hair planet) but she is a friend of the client and knows how old her baby is, she asked no question medication/ alopecia ect nothing, she gave no aftercare advice what so ever, she had bonds right on the crown impossible to hide,

So I removed them for her tonight as the person who fitted the told the client not to come to her to remove them!! Some specialist that is!! Anyway the client has about 15 is small bald patches.which I can't tell if this is due to not knowing how to look after them or due to traction or pregnancy hair loss causing traction,

I expect this from cowboys but this person is supposed to be a pro, she also charged £150 for fitting which would be ok but its not mate's rates, what is going on???? Rant over thanks for reading :-D

Just nipped over from beauty but has to comment... The fact that she told her not to come back for removal says it all!!! Surely you would want to remove them yourself so you know it is done properly xx

I know its a joke, she rents a chair in a new nice looking city center salon too, she might even be on here lol :-D

Honestly people will do anything for a quick pound! There is so many extensionists in my area now. The amount clients I have fitted that have started. I have to hide my packaging now so they dont no were I get the hair, it took me a long time to find a good company so im not making it easy for them ! Sounds mean but :/

Its not mean, you have to protect your lively hood, so many people think they can stroll into the hair and beauty industry to make a quick buck and stroll back out when they cant be assed and the dedicated professionals are left to pick up the pieces :-D
