post pregnancy hair and extensions!!

Hi i have had a few clients who have had hair loss after pregnancy. a few have had regrowth around the hairline and asked me what to do to make it thicker/ grow back faster?? also with regards hair extensions, does anyone know whether this would still be ok to do- i do the pre-bonded type!

Hair extensions would not be a good idea as it will put strain on the new hair that is growing,
tell your clients to keep taking their folic acid after the baby is born, folic acid helps your cells to renew and is great for skin, hair and nails hth :hug:

yes i did think so...is there any other supplements i could recommend for this?
