Pre bonded 12/14inch extensions

Hi there, does anyone know of an extension company that does either 12 or 14. Inch pre bonded 100% human hair extensions?
My client has very fine Bob length hair, she usually has extensions but wants shorter ones. Normally I cut them but she wants a shorter length put in.
Any help appreciated
