Pre Bonded Human Hair Extensions - where to get the best from without being robbed!

Hi Geeks,! I'm wanting to find the best real hair i.e ones i can re use, that wont knot etc but without spending a huge amount more! i've looked on sites but am unsure if I can save money without getting cheap ones that will cost me more or cause me more bother in the long run by having to remove or replace?
on ebay ones from china look OKAY but i highly doubt they are good qualitiy!
any help?

thanks chick i know you can cut the tips to turn the strand into two strands (maybe thats done because the origional strang is too thick? ) if you buy from this place when it says 2 strands does that really create 40? for you? thanks very much! X
