Pre designed tips n acrylic

Hi guys

Iv only qualified in nails last month, cnd.
I'v bought some pre designed tips to play with and i'v read through loads of threads regarding applying acrylic.
My question is do i apply the acrylic the same as a normal nail. Zone 1, Zone 2 then Zone 3 in a thin layer. Or can i apply Zone 3, 2 then 1.

Yes, tips are just your canvas.
Apply the product the way you are taught. For me it starts in zone 1, and then 2 or 3 depending on how long your nail is.

Hi hun, treat the application just the same as any other nail, but don't remove the shine on these tips, it will remove the design
I love to use these types of tips with poppits. So quick and funky:hug:

I should receive them tomorow and i'm so excited, daft i know,lol.
If i dont remove the shine will the acrylic stick to the tip ok. I was going to use clear in zone 1 and 2. Pink in zone 3 stroking back into zone 2
I'v not got round to buying poppits yet, I will do soon. With these tips do you apply the tip then poppets over the top.

with some of these design tips it's possible to remove shine with a very light touch, usually I have a well used 180 white buffer block when doing this.
(I don't use predesigned tips much though, but have thought about it as an alternative to those clients that wants a change often.) But the ones I have tried, it was possible, just remember VERY light touch..
