Pre pig with Matrix

hi I have client with bleach blonde (white hair) she wants to go level 5nw in matrix.. what colour should I use to pre pig???

Underlying pigment at level 5 is orange. So copper. Fill hair with a demi thats 2 levels higher so use a 7c. Then apply the 5nw

Sorry to butt in on this but im doing similar,
Do you wash off the copper inbetween and how long would you leave it on for please? X
