Pre-tipping hair

Does anyone know anywhere I could send bulk hair to someone so they could pre-tip it in the u-tip/nail shape ready for bonding?

If you doing pretipping nail tips on a regular basis there is a machine that y ou can purchase not sure of correct prices. If your interested in shoe lace tips I can pretip those.
