problem with connection window home vista help!

Hi guys,

I have 3 mobile broadband dongle, laptop has windows home vista, all of a sudden it has started giving me a msg saying local access only or limited connectivity! called 3 but they said I had to call microsoft to sort it (who are not open till monday), or search the forums online.
I have searched online but there are no "idiot guides" lol basically simple instructions needed, if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

Could you perhaps take a screen shot hun just in case there is an error code on the window that comes up - often a Google search of the code itself offers a solution

it does'nt seem to have a code I just try to acess a page and can't check the connection on the tool bar and its says either local only or limited access, I then disconnect and reconnect and its works again for a few more pages lol xx

Mmmm I am not much that help really hun as I do most of my "fixing" via error codes and good old google

Its the limited or no connectinity means its dropped the signal hun, i used to have 3 mobile internet i was constantly having to reconnet cos its kept losing the connection.3 are rubbish and they are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
There maybe a problem with the arial that your signal was coming from if you didnt have isssues before.

yeah I'd had a really dodgy signal to start with on 2nd new dongle thing lol but 3 said its defo a problem wth vista, something to do with it not being set and just changing it it's self? lol xx
