Hi!
I´m a bit confused had a new client that wanted a rebalance from me becouse her ordenary nailtech was in the hospital. We agreed on painting her nails couse none of my pinks matched the pink she had on so far so good. I´m new at nails but I usually don´t have problems with lifting but yesterday I got to hear from another client that she´s been saying that she noticed diffrens with my nails compered to her own nailtech becouse there where lifting problems that she´s not used to and she tought that it was due to my lack of experience. This is bothering me alot couse my clients nerver have lifting problem so I don´t know what I did wrong! Can it be that my product and the other nailtechs product doesn´t match? I haven´t seen the nails myself so I don´t know how much lifting we are talking about! I feel so bad right now! I would like her to come in so I can see the nails but I can´t call her and say hello the world on the town is that you aren´t happy can you please come in and show me your nails can I??

I hope u understand my english!

There is nothing you can do if she does not contact you about her nails. It is not very nice of her not to give you the opportunity of seeing her nails and putting things right if there is a problem.

I know it isn't easy but try not to worry, this type of thing will happen in your career and some things will be your fault and some things won't, it's just the way things go. If your own clients are happy and she tells any of them they won't take any notice so you have nothing to worry about!

New clients and clients who are only temporary are the most difficult as they have no loyalty to you. You sound as if you are doing well so forget this unpleasant woman and move on! :)
