Problems with hands when applying spray tan manually, help!

Hi folks,

Started applying my xen tan spray tan soloution manaully with a mit as its easier for me just to do it my self, it looks perfect seems to wear off better, but one problem I seem to be getting is my hands are patchy well almost looks like I have missed bits, and on the back of my heels too! I definitly have not missed any bits and its really annoying me as obviously the hands are on show all the time!
I use the fake bake oil free spray on hands, feet, knees and elbows but am wondering if I should maybe try doing my tan without it ??
Any help would be most appreciated as its driving me bananas! lol xx

So you are rubbing the solution on with a mit rather than spraying it on?

yip and tbh I'm liking the results even better, apart from my hands n heels xx
