I use NSI Attraction, has anyone else noticed their product starting to look dull in zone 2, after 4/5 infills or could it be something i'm doing?

Most likely it is the product ageing.

There are high quality products that do stay bright and beautiful month after month after month.

If you are a great nail technician who loves her art and perfection, then maybe it is time to move on to a product that is more in line with the kind of work you do?

i used to find this aswell with nsi
changed to creative and voila!
sets look like new ALL the time hth x

The only time I found this problem was when I hadn't thinned zone 2 down enough and because I hadn't done this I missed the fact that I had some lifting in this area. I had a 121 day with one of NSI's educators and I found this really helped me to thrash out my problems.
In fact I think everyone on here will tell you that I recomend this all the time, you really cant beat having someone looking over your shoulder as you work to pick up on the little things you can improve on, the things that make a great tech, a great tech:lol:.

I never had the client consistancy before I moved into the salon, so wasn't aware of it, but it is really bugging me. I have one particular client who, since november last year, has only had them removed once in may, she's had fortnightly rebalances ever since, and always wants a different colour/design. Zones 1 & 3 always look great, but zone 2 near the smile never looks as clean as I'd like. It's not staining either, because it is present on a couple of my 'die hard' pink & white clients.

Suzie, someone else said something similar, and I am always very careful at rebalance, I put very little on zone 2 when I'm rebalancing, but will keep an eye out for pocket lifting.

I do think it's the product though. Need to do some more research I think.

I use the Attraction system too and im quite fond of it! I haven't had any problems with the system since I've been using it (other than operational errors lol). I agree you should call NSI and ask what could be causing this. is it possible that you are getting some pocket lifting in this area that's making the product look cloudy?but I guess you probably already considered this possibility :p

If you were getting pocket lifting it would become very noticable when you rebal zone 2 and is higly like it would become apparent well before the 4th and 5th rebal, pocket lifting tends to look semi opaque rather than cloudy if you are experincing lack in clarity and colour i would question the product

I agree give NSI a call, you never know, but ultimately if the product doesn't have the longevity you require it might be time to find a product that does, let us know how you get on hun !

Exactly Becki! (Thanks, thats what I was trying to say!). I will give NSI a call on Wednesday, but I think it's already in my head to start looking at other products.

Thanks everyone x
