Hi ladies

I’ve been lurking around this forum for a while now and really want some advice. I really want to become a professional make up artist specialising in party and bridal make up and need some advice in terms of

Training advice and costs
Kits and products costs and advice
Advertising costs and advice

I’m based in Scotland and my commitments up here don’t allow for gallivanting around the world to learn.

Any advice would be so appreciated.

Hi hun welcome to the site... Take a look at your local college im sure they will have a course to suit and you can make friends and have fun regards to costs for trainind some ppl are eligable for discounts but it all depends on your income really.... Kits in college are usually extra and dont evxpect it to be top of the range products they are usually run of the mill products ... When you are qualified you can use what u like and if you invest in a product there is usually training along side... Hope this helps... For the advertising side of things get a portfolio up and running for the make-up then get crackin at the wedding fayres xxx
