Purple Purple or Rock Royalty?

Help! I can't decide between the two for purchase. I need a color that can give me a plum-purple for the mother of the bride and a lilac-lavender for the bridesmaids.

The bride specified that it should not be "too blue", and she prefers it be more plum than azure. I was thinking this means I'm better off getting rock royalty (layered with Moonlight and Roses for the lilac), but I'm afraid that it may be too dark for the mum.

You could try getting the colour to suit the Mum, and then lightening it using lilac Mica powder to get the lilac for the bridesmaids x
