Qualifications and what to do next

Hello, I am running a struggling home based nail salon and am thinking I need to expand, I know times are hard but I wondered if I wanted to work in a high street salon what additional qualifications would I need or what can I do to expand my business. I dont have the funds for much advertising. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

If you wanted to work in a high street salon you would only need to be qualified as a nail technician and show you have had previous experience
