Hello! I just filled my clients lashes yesterday. I used ebl Grand Rapids lash glue and I had a 30% humidity which from the website said it was an ideal humidity level. She sent me a message saying a whole bunch fell out . I just opened the bottle with her set ! She did get her brows done yesterday and I’m assuming they cleaned them with oil. Can anyone give me any advice? Here are some photos she sent me. To me they still look okay..

Hi
A couple of extensions look like they have a natural lash attached (natural process) you could explain they were due to fall out anyway.
You could offer to place a few in to cover any gaps but be careful as once you’ve offered once she may expect it again.
The do still look ok though, maybe have a look into other adhesives if your not happy with the one you used.
Hope this helps x
