Hello!

I have been growing out my natural nails for quite some time now and they are finally healthy and a good length. Unfortunately there is a small crack in my thumb nail, but it's a bit low to cut off. I am leaving for vacation in a few days, so I am planning on getting a manicure and pedicure and I was wondering if the salon can do something to repair the tear so it will hold while on vacation? I don't want to damage my natural nail in the process though.

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

Yes a nail salon should be able to do a repair using silk or fibre glass is best for this sort of repair.
Blends into nail donor thick or won't discolour.
