Question about hard gel with soak off gel

Hi Everyone,

I've been having a lot of trouble with lifting & peeling when just using SOG. I switched over to 1 coat of IBD builder gel, 2 coats of SOG and Cuccio top coat. Would it be possible to use a hard gel top coat over SOG color? I can't seem to find any answers to this and wasn't sure. The switch to 1 coat of builder gel plus YN primer is helping but I feel Cuccio doesn't leave my nails that shiny when they hit the 2.5/3 mark week. TIA!

Yes you can, the hard gel topcoat will prevent you soaking off the Gel Polish, you'd need to buff of the top coat to remove the colour coat

That's what I thought. I usually just file straight through anyway since I can't soak off the hard gel.

Can anyone recommend a shiny & durable hard top coat? Thanks!
