Question about shampooing help??

Hi Guys,

Wonder if you could help me,
What does the difference in water temperature make to the hair and scalp when shampooing and conditioning ??

hot water is for the cleansing as it aids the opening of the cuticles like wise the cold would be used for sealing the cuticles and aiding the hair to be smoother,

maybe have a look in your text books as there must be something in there on this
