Hi Geeks!

What does it mean if your solution is not spraying out properly, sometimes my gun will stop spraying and i have to keep it held in till it sprays back out? Also sometimes it sprays speckly and it feels tingly like sharp pricks when the solution is been sprayed?? I clean it everytime i use it and its new? So im just wondering why its doing this and if anyone else has had this problem? Thanks for any advice!

what machine is it you have ?

Its a Maximist HVLP 5008. I have had it since xmas and its been fine up until a week ago.

Try loosening the brass nut that the needle goes throgh as it enters the gun....ever so slightly though
Have you spoken to your supplier about this problem?

Another thing to try if you haven't already is to clean your gun.

That's already being done each time Tiggie uses it....of course over cleaning and in the wrong way can actually cause problems in itself
HTH

Yea i will try loosening the nut next time i use it. It was bought as a present off ebay, so no supplier . I have only been rinsing it through after use, but i gave the gun a good clean today. Should the brass nut be tight or loose? Thanks Garfie :green:

Loosen it a tad....if it helps give me a call when your free and I will talk you through how to clean it thoroughly and if the loosening thing doesn't do the trick
