Quiet times

Hi, can I ask, what does everyone do on their quiet times other than cleaning? My staff lose their motivation very easily when it's quiet and I'm struggling to find them things to do around the salon to keep them motivated. Any ideas would be appreciated. X

We rearrange things and take photos to post on social media/website. We get quite competitive about it.

We also work on window displays. We made tissue flowers once. We had people coming in asking to buy them!

Paint your nails with a colour that you want to sell more of.

Training. Check massage techniques for Mani/pedi and opening sequences for facials. Talk about ways to add experience and perceived value to a treatment. Or ways to save costs. Or the planet.
