Hi, I am currently studying my NVQ 2 in beauty therapy and a sculpted acrylic diploma course and I have discovered that I find it a lot easier to have the hand of the client realised for sculpting! The usual hand/wrist support is fairly low and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a raised one as an accessory? thanks in advance :0) x

Use a rolled up towel, good luck xx

I've been using a towel but was after something raised more than that! Thank for your reply though! :0) x

Roll 2 towels round each other?

I think you need to check your position , feet flat on floor , elbows in back straight ,

Maybe adjust Hight of table or your chair?

Don't be scared to move your clients hands to , tipinairhead finger your working on , or in any direction you need ,(with in reason)
they will only be like it for a short time , you will be in the position some times hour after hour day after day ,

If you don't look after your needs , back etc you will soon have to give up nails.
