Hi have rebalance in today and i put rhinstones on for her wedding do i just buff them off as i buff down the white or do i have to soak off ?

You dont need to soak them off and ruin the nail enhancement.
You can hold a pad with some enamel remover over the stones and a cuticle pusher, or squeezing wih you nippers from each side, is usually enough to encourage them to come off.
Watch your eyes though ... sometimes they can really fly!!
